How long ago did you send your certificate over? Might be worth a quick call on Monday morning to get it set up if it's been a while as they've been incredibly busy with rolling out the new education programme, setting up the call centre and will soon be heading into show prep. Steph xx

You are right the prices are very similar. Gel II bottles are 14ml so you get dpuble for your money. You'll get more services per bottle too so it's win win. Steph xx

Shellac is a power polish where as Gel II is pure gel. Gel II requires no base coat and is LED cureable so service time is quicker. Gel II have a larger colour range and although very thin on the nail it's incredibly strong. Does that help? Steph xx

Polish II is the matching 'regular'polish to it's Gel II counterpart. It's lovely to apply, the colours are a true match and it's easily a week wear. Steph xx

The majority of my clients could go 3 weeks. Some do and always did with my old system. Some only come once a month where as others still come every 2 weeks. They are all thrilled to bits about it's staying power and recommendations are flooding in. It's win win Steph xx

Because they cost more and with some I like to add a 3rd layer or I customise the look with different base colours. No one has questioned it yet, they are more than happy to pay the extra £3. Steph xx

The official guidelines for Gel II are that you need to buff prior to application but you are literally just tickling the nail plate with a 240 or higher grit. Having said that many techs including myself are finding there is no need to buff prior to application. I only have 1 client that I...
