I have to disagree... Of course I agree with the nurse and dr bit but that we DO know the long term effects of Botox, millions of treatments every day all over the world for over 30 years...

Maybe contact the British Association of Cosmetic Nurses.

I agree to an extent they don't look amazing in a lash sense but for those with tiny, wispy lashes with gaps that don't throw, it's a wonder drug ;-)

It doesn't 'wear off' when movement comes back it's when new nerve endings have grown. The injector probably put enough in to relax most if the muscle but not all of it do the combination of normal nerve endings with no Botox on them and nerve re growth made it 'wear off' quicker. However some...

I'm shocked anyone would risk getting it done without baking sure a two week follow up appointment was offered and a mobile number of the practitioner given! You deffo had a ptosis likely from incorrect injection point or poor after care! Never be tempted by cheap offers and no follow up...you...

Most are rubbish to be honest as they don't offer the business support after which is what you need the most! I'm about to start a training company but can do some one to one training and free business follow up if anyone's interested?

It actually blocks the nerve endings permanently! It's only when new nerve endings 'sprout' from the rest of the nerve that it 'wears off' Avoid facials or any medically graded products that remove skin cells or irritate the skin for at least two weeks after Botox x

Sedative is the wrong choice of word but get where you're coming from ;-)

You can't use the word Botox or any brand or botulinum toxin etc as its actually illegal. Look on the mhra website and asa for advice

Side effects mainly relate to lumigans original purpose as an eye drop for glaucoma. For brows and lashes you use it on the lash not in the eye x

Yeah Lumigan makes the straight but if you use heated curlers and Vaseline on them between applications it really helps, my first trial client looks like this... Personally it's great for my clients and the side effects of it relate mainly to it being used for its original purpose; as an eye...

Try this, snake client whereas did a case study on Lumigan each is supposed to be used on lashes byes lot of clients are bow trying it for over plucked brows.... What do you think? Anyone else tried this on other areas than lashes?
