I offer both hot stones and lava shells and I much prefer the shells. Yes they do get very hot if you don't use the temperature control techniques you are shown in training.
In my opinion the pros of using Lava Shells outweigh the cons. They offer continuous heat so your client gets a much...
I would just do it Lolli, don't mention it to him and save up all the money you make from it then book a holiday. See if he still complains about it then! Personally I can't imagine anything worse than waxing dangly bits haha!
I think you've hit the nail on the head Martin. I've talked round in circles with him enough times and it's his problem not mine! I'll just have to ignore him I think. Just makes me so mad!
Well my other half and I have had yet another disagreement about me having male clients. He says they must all surely be perverts and weirdos. I have a few loyal regular male clients who mostly have deep tissue massage and obviously it's all above board but he just can't see it, I don't know...
I second the 30 day shred but it's hard! Really good all over body workout. I find I have to do extra stretches after though so as not to ache too much the next day. I also love love love all my Davina dvd's. Would recommend Davina Fit and Fit in 15 for shorter workouts.
I have had chiropractic treatments on my shoulder by and found it helpful and not painful at all. Mine were done at the hospital by my consultant after being referred when physio didn't work. However as a massage therapist I've seen so many clients who have complained about being in pain for...
Bottom line is if you want to make sure you're getting the real thing go direct to the manufacturer or their authorised distributors. It's the only way to be sure. If it looks too good (cheap) to be true then it probably is. If you want a knock off go on holiday to Sharm El Sheikh where they'll...
I was being facetious when I said they were made in the same factory, of course I don't think there's any comparison between what I bought and the genuine article. I didn't buy it because of the name on it I just liked the bag itself and as I say it's leather and well made and if anyone asked...
Definitely try yoga/pilates. Basically anything that strengthens your core and improves your posture will help your back. I've had all sorts of treatments which work wonders for the symptoms for a few days but the exercise is the only thing that helps long term.
My brain says as long as you're comfortable and confident in yourself you should be able to wear whatever the heck you please. However my eyes quite often disagree with my brain! Seriously some people must look in the mirror and see something quite different to what everyone else does. Still...
I like it I think! Couldn't do it every day though because I'd get bored and have to be a bit careful with a dodgy knee but I definitely think you'd notice a difference if you stuck with it. Just about managed to keep up with level two so going to keep at it till it's a bit easier I think...
