I completley agree with what is said.... But.. it may not be just the media, and bitc** women, My hubby went to the doctors a few month ago, he is 6"4 and weighs 216lbs, he is very active and not a couch spud.. when he was weighed and his BMI was reached the doctor told him he was "obese" yes...

See I am the oppersite... this is the one time i can,t do it.. This is one reason I have never really concentrated on doing nails.. I just can,t take that step.. I tried but the panic took over so I had to stop.. Yet I can quite happily work in a really big supermarket:eek:. Isn,t it silly...

This may sound daft.. but my doctor sent me to anxity classes.. and they really worked, best thing that I could have done... It was only for a few weeks.. there was a few of us in the class (6) and we all had roughly the same probs, I found it really comforting to know that I was not the only...

I don,t know if this has been mentioned..but Get a photo album (very large) pad the frount of it and cover with cream or white fabric.. Leave a space in the middle to put a lovely photo of you both in.. With a photo album you can then stick all the important stuff into it with no probs...
