This wasnt a bridal trial it was special occassion make up..... But i completely 4got about a veil!!! great point will bear that in mind for the future :) And blending is 1 thing i need to tweek as i always worry about getting a little blend happy and overdoing it & ruining what iv already...

The desired look was smokey but not too full on. Believe it or not the lady had express lashes (which wernt the best) which is why i didnt apply strips/ individual lashes. I usually ask my clients for they're prefered lip colour and in this instance she choose from my selection of colours...

After finally putting my nerves to one side i have had 2 sucessful bridal trials with more bookings for trials even some for 2013 :) Here is an example of my work :) Any constructive critisism would be appreciated.

am very excited as il be doing my hair up course in 2 weeks :).... I have already bought a selection of combs, differnent colour pins & grips, Hair spray, section clips.... Was after some advice on a good: Shine spray Tongs and sizes for brushes for blow drys most popular 1s? n anything...

Im new to shellace :): have my 1st 2 sets booked in tomorrow & the ladies would like rhinestones aswell..... Im thinking after curing 2nd coat of colour place rhinestones then top coat shellac n cure for 2 mins like normal? Please can anybody tell me if that would be best or would you do the...

Im looing to do a hair up course in kent (or somewhere near) but the only 1 i can find is the capital hair & beauty course... which is fine but i know they cancel the course if there isnt atleast 4 people booked on n i dont want to wait another 3 months to do it. If anybody knows any places...

So i did a basic make up course a little while back and have built up skills / confidence on close friends / my sister... i am now building up my kit as have some bridal trials coming up so iv decided on the mac matchmaster foundation (but cant afford to buy them all at once) any suggestions...

I would go 10% as mentioned before the guys 1st tan you dont wanna scare him!! n he can always go darker nxt time :) i recently tanned my 1st man :) n i found he went much darker with the 10% than his sister that had a 12% (although i use suntana) hope this helps x
