On a level 10, I love Wella CT 15g 10/81 15g 10/6 4g 8/34 and 4g /56 with 1.9% left for 20 minutes. You can also try Illumina 9/34 and 8/05 - equal parts.
Sarah it's pretty insulting to come on here and keep asking what to use when you've been given the correct advice. We don't want you to be taking your hair home in a bag. And that happens. A lot. With home bleaching!
And regards to "our" secrets... Years and years and many tears of training...
I charge £65 for a maximum six week regrowth inc toner, £80 for longer. If it's a creative Colour on top I add £20.
I charge more than my tints because I take longer to apply due to much finer sections, and allow longer processing time.
And it requires a lot of skill believe me to get a...
Miss_eve I feel for you. There are always going be these type of clients. They set you up to fail and then try and eat you alive.
You know what you did wrong and how to rectify it to make sure it won't happen again. No ones perfect and by making mistakes we learn how to be better.
I use the ghd curl spray or ghd heat protection. Both are very good.
I'm not sure of where you are based but Olaplex is available everywhere now so see if a friend can recommend you somewhere or perhaps post here and someone can help you.
Haven't read responses but what a load of rubbish!! Ghds are soooo hot (215 degrees plus) that without heat protection you will fry your hair. This is probably why you are experiencing dryness and split ends. You need to either stop flat ironing your hair and invest in some good treatments or...
Most definitely. I would use the platinum card technique so you can isolate the darker areas and if you can, get the Blondor lightening cream and use that on the scalp. Really pack on loads too. I find the thicker the application, the better the lift. I also use a cap. You can do this!!
I used myself as a guineapig! I had super bright pink and I did part equal parts 10/0 and 6% (lifted it out leaving a pale gold undertone) and 2 parts 6% to 1 part 10/0 and it removed most leaving a slightly warmer yellow I did still have a slight pinkish band which was easily cleaned out when...
There is no such level as a 12. That is the number for highlift. What is the undertone? Is it pale yellow -9, or palest yellow - 10? Once you've got you're level you can tone accordingly,
So 12/96 has a silvery pink tone and works best on a level 7 and above... And needs to be left for a minimum of 50 to 60 minutes - the last 10 minutes are when the highlift tones. You haven't left your highlift long enough.
What level is her hair now? /1 will only subdue the warmth - you need...
Have you tried 10/0 and 6% equal parts? Basically a neutral ammonia based level 10. This should remove quite a bit leaving a slight minty tone in my experience
Isla36 I hope I didn't offend you. A lovely strawberry toner in Wella is the new Innosence 10/95 from the mineral collection. It's a lovely champagne blonde. If you add a 1 to 2g of /65 it will make it more pinky strawberry or 1 to 2g of 77/44 more coppery. You call also use in Illumina 10/05...
