I have a new therapist starting who does deep tissue massage and reflexology.
I am trying to think of ways to promote it to clients old and new.
I have thought about a taster of reflex with every pedi or massage.
Or I could offer every client who comes in a little 10 min reflex taster

I am really struggling.
I'd like pricing to look good - not printed and laminated.
I'd like a little stand which says featured product and then I can write a bit of info about what it's so fab (to put by the til)
I can't find ways to make it look good.
Printing and laminating just looks...
I have a rep coming to see me next week. I personally love Elemis and would love to have the range in the salon, but I'm worried the rep will come out, do the hard sell and drop the humungous opening order.
Does anyone have experience of Elemis as a company? And their opening prefers etc...
For 4.5 years I've been going to my hairdresser who is lovely, and I love how she does my hair.
How ever I am finding the cost a bit much. She charges me £55 for a full head of colour (2 different colours) with a cut and blowdry. Or if my hair goes below my shoulders it goes to £65. I go every...
I am interested in training in this massage, but I am looking for some feedback from therapists (or clients) who are trained in this. I offer hot stone massage but I am looking for a unique massage to offer and training for this has come up quite local to me.
What are peoples opinions?
What...
Would HMRC email to let you know their investigation a to return?
I've had an email but I'm reluctant to open the file, surely they would write to me or call me? It all sounds fishy to me, but has me worried.
The was the text in the email:

I've had a message from a lady asking for a soft manicure, I've returned her call but had to leave a message myself.
But I have no idea what a soft manicure is?
I hope I'm being really stupid, and know exactly what she means but I'm at a loss right now.

Does anyone have a policy in place where clients are free to chop and change between clients.
That's nothing about ownership here.
I'm more thinking of a written policy for the staff handbook and a sign for clients.
Basically saying that there's no hard feelings about wanting to move to a...

Has anyone done this? I know clients have to be registered to use the service but I still want to see if it will improve bookings.
I saw a website on salonlite's Facebook page...
Everyone is ok, a bit shaken and few bruises.
It wasn't his fault a car pulled out from a layby without looking and she ploughed into the side of our car. He was doing about 50miles an hour.
I was at home and had the call no-one ever wants to hear "I've been in involved in a car crash"
It was...
