I too suffer terribly with a blocked up nose during and after lashing. I have found that a couple of squirts of a nasal spray (I use Otrivine) works a treat at in blocking my nose. For me its the only thing that helps. Good luck xxxx

I wrap my stone in tin foil. The glue stays nice and cool and the foil easily thrown away when needed. I find it so much easier than using micropore on the stone which for me is messy to remove but its a personal choice. X

I am right handed but I separate with my right and apply with my left so try swapping hands to see what work a best for you. As the other geeks have said it is practice, practice, practice. Xxx
