I have an apprentice on apprenticeship minimum wage. She also then has a weekly target to hit with her treatments and anything she hits over her target she gets 10% commission. On the 6th week of running the commission/target and she has only missed her target once... Will be reviewing it soon...

Hi geeks, I'm looking into getting microdermabrasions into the salon. I am not qualified in these so would need to either find training for myself or take someone on that is qualified. Is there any companies that offer training at a good price and how can I get the machine in without paying...

I've used a bowl of water before but I found it a lot of faffing back and too filling the bowl so we've been using heated mitts! X

Yep going to add parrafin wax treatment in the winter as a winter promotion! Also added a hot oil treatment into the procedure just before the hand and arm massage! :)
