    Eyelash extension adhesives

Yes it's normal! The main ingredient in lash glue is cyanoacrylate which is also the main ingredient in nail glue and superglue :) Please don't be tempted to try and practice on your own lashes during lockdown! Lash glue is very strong and should never be used on open eyes :)

    Lash lift shields

I use the ones from Lashbase, I'm guessing they are just pretty standard ones, no grooves or anything and pretty similar to anything you'll find if you do a quick search online! But they are quite flexible and they adhere really well. I've never really had a problem with those, I know alot of...

    Lash extensions advice

It is still very possible that it could be a reaction to the adhesive. Lash adhesive allergies are cumulative, meaning they build up over time. This is why alot of people and brands say patch testing is outdated because it doesn't give a clear indication of whether a reaction will occur or not...

Recommendations for lash lift starter kit?

I started with the kit from LashBase and I haven't looked back! It's a great price so you don't need to spend a fortune to get yourself going! I think it's a really fab system and I've had some great results so I don't plan on changing any time soon! :) They are not taking orders at the moment...

    Eyelash extension feedback please?

You're doing good! They look good to me! Being critical of your own work is a good thing it means you really care about what you're doing, just don't be TOO hard on yourself! :) I passed my course in August last year so I'm not as experienced as some of the people who may reply to you but I can...

Eyelash extensions - new and having issues

Hi there! I'm assuming you mean you're struggling to release the lash from your tweezers? I'm new to lashes too and I can honestly say it took me a good few sets to get comfortable and feel natural holding my tweezers. I know its frustrating when people keep saying "just keep practising" but...

    Best eyelash extension glue?

Hiya! :) I also bought the lashbase starter kit with the sensitive adhesive, and as much as I love everything else I've got from them that glue is pants! My sets was only lasting a week :( I've recently started using lashbases extreme adhesive and I'm amazed at how much better my work is...

    Lash lift patch testing

I use lashbase and they recommend testing everything even the nourishing lotion, so I do just that! I put the tint behind the ear and perming lotion and adhesive on the inside of one arm and the setting lotion and nourishing lotion on the other. I see what your saying about the products not...

    Lash lift tinting bottom lashes?

Hey Everyone! Just wondering if anyone tints the bottom lashes when doing a lash lift? I thought the treatment only included a tint to the upper lashes - this is how I was trained anyway! But of all people.. my sisters "only criticism" was that I don't tint the bottom lashes when I do her a...
