I need to set some boundaries for my booth renters. We work more like a commission salon in the way we all work together and what not. They have asked for rules. I feel like we are all adults and you know the kind of stuff you can do at work. What sort of rules do you have in your salons?

OK. I just did this nail, I wanted to practice a stiletto. This is my first try at one of these. So... Is it a Stiletto or an Oval? Man, this one long one makes typing hard!

Does anyone have a waxing portfolio? I have been looking for bikini wax photos all over the 'net and no luck. I guess I'm just going to have to make my own. I wanted to find different styles, shapes, colors. Do you guys keep photos of waxing work you have done?

What do you guys use for severly dry skin? I feel like my face is going to crack and fall off. It's all flaky and DRY. I exfoliate 2-3 times a week and use an intense moisurizer but it's not helping. Any ideas?
