    Wella 10/1 toner

I'm not sure why checking that you're a qualified hairdresser is patronising. There are plenty of DIYers on here so I always ask this question. No need to be offended or patronised. I'm following forum rules. I agree with Jamie, a colour refresher course would help you.

    Wella 10/1 toner

You're going to tone with 12% I've got to ask, are you a qualified hairdresser?

    Hair manufacturer?

Unfortunately I think you'll probably find these suppliers will keep their sources a very closely guarded secret and information won't be shared. I think you'll have to do the legwork yourself and try, try, try. Good luck.

    Brown roots and black ends?

You know what our advice is going to be..... :) Go see your hairdresser, don't try to fix it yourself and you know we can't give technical info to non-hairdressers. Sorry

    Intimate waxing question

Sorry my post should've said unclothed from the waist down! Not totally starkers. Good luck with your training :)

    Intimate waxing question

No. If you're doing true intimate waxing, not just bikini or extended bikini, your clients need to be completely unclothed. So no pants, nothing at all.

Help, don't want to do Matrix

I was going to suggest Matrix, I think they're very true to swatch. I've never had a problem with them being darker. Have you had training in Matrix and are you using all the correct components, ie, Matrix developers etc, not generics?

    Are you a qualified hairdresser?

    What colour is this?

Chezza With respect these are the questions you need to be asking your hairdressing tutor. This forum isn't for spoon feeding your learning. Wait till you've learned the basics before plunging in colouring when you've not learned the theory.

    Help with colour!

Sorry we can't give colouring information to non-hairdressers. Best go along to a salon or a local training school.

    Teeth whitening course?

Good grief. Why do you want to spend money on a course that is in fact (not opinion) ILLEGAL for anyone apart from dental practitioners to carry out?

    Hair starter kit

I wouldn't buy anything at all expensive, or certainly nothing you wouldn't like to lend to the person in the class who NEVER has a kit, and won't buy one till half way through the second term. There's always one (or if you're lucky two) in class who never have anything and ask to borrow your...

Your original post was edited by a Mod - as you'd given the OP a colour formula.

    Colouring with luocolours hi

No professional hairdresser on this forum, should be telling non-professionals how to do their own hair. It's a rule of the forum. As you've found out, without training, you can't get the best from the products, you're trying to use.

    Colouring with luocolours hi

Hi Welcome to the forum, I'm sorry but we can't and won't give technical advice to non-professionals. We'd suggest going to a salon to get it done professionally, or going along to a training college if funds are limited.
