Of course the hair is coloured......all the hair collected is de pigmented and then coloured to get the desired range of colours, you can even see videos on YouTube of this where it's stripped to blonde then dipped in vats of pigment ( colours ) to get the colour....

You can get cutting collars with a cape bit that covers the back of the client / chair to stop hairs falling on the back [emoji106]

Are you great lengths qualified? As swimming etc WILL affect great lengths hair too, it is still processed hair that has been de pigmented and coloured?

Great lengths bonding came from David Gold who invented an adhesive to bond / glue badges to material ( his first business ) the bonds they use now are not 100% keratin or 100% made of the same stuff as hair, there has to be some type of polymer adhesive in them

If you didn't return the hair and the technician who fitted them didn't have packaging etc how did they know there was no other complaints from that batch?

Did they not give you a list of insurers? Contact them nd ask who they recommend using x

In my experience most suppliers always say they tested the hair and it's fine, ask them where nd how they test the hair bet they don't tell you x

Overpriced, operated in my opinion, the actual method is no different to copper tubes x
