Swop the bulbs round in the slots to test whether its definitely the bulb and not the lamp that has gone kaput.... sounds like a similar problem to the faulty batch lamps.

I haven't noticed a change in removals but I do dislike the nourishing remover as I find it leaves a sticky residue. If you are unhappy with NR or feel it has changed be sure to report it to sweet squared and cnd as its the best chance of it getting fixed!

Incidentally most of the cnd videos are published on youtube anyway, you should be able to find them easily enough. However, you will eventually need to register on the cnd site though for all your msds sheets so keep persevering! All CND techs in the UK should be signed up to the cnd.com...

On step 2 If you change the country to United Kingdom it takes away the box for your license number. I just tried it now and it works. If it's not working for you, maybe try a different browser?

If you are based in the UK, just select your country and proceed without filling out the license number. It is not a required field.

no they are not changing the product... they have said are somehow going to make an led lamp that gives out the same wavelength light as their uv lamp... obviously this isn't the case with current led lamp technology and I'm guessing it's not that easy given the delays!

Not that I'm aware but they did annouunce last year they are working on an LED lamp that will cure Shellac, BUT we've been told not to expect it before 2015!
