It's most likely just the top gel becoming discolored which is common especially if they've been on for a while.

I use a few different apps. The watermark around the nail is done with "type drawing"

I would buy a new bottle. Mine covers beautifully in 2 and isn't runny at all.

Depending on what the designs/colors are I use various backgrounds to capture the best image. I also make sure my lighting is always bright and I always watermark. Here are a few examples.

I don't rebook no shows. Period. Obviously if it's an existing client with a legitimate serious reason I am sympathetic but I don't have time for no shows. Even if you are just building your business don't give repeat offenders too many chances. I understand giving one or two chances but...

I do the same if I have a no-show..if they choose to rebook I take a deposit. If the person did show up, I have a 15 minute policy. Any later than that, they must rebook.

I've never had a problem. Are you by chance also applying too thick?

With removal, polish and unlimited design I book 1 hr 15 mins. Without removal I complete in about 35-45 mins.
