Just need to treat the porosity and condition of the hair before colouring or use a lighter shade or half the development time. There is nothing wrong with the product it's how you use them.

It grabs if the hair is porus it's fine to use richesse I use it all the time with great results. 8.3 is great for lowlights but I would not take it though to ends like I said I would leave them out as they will be more porus you can use 9.3 though mids and leave out ends. dia light is good too...

I would use the Malibu c crystal treatment to help cleanse out the ash if it's just tone. I would then and do whole head of lowlights in foil with richesse 6.3 6vol roots drag and probably a lighter shade though mids 7.3 or 8.3 6vol and leave out the ends to give it a balayage feel.

I would treat the white area different to the rest you can also change your mixture. The rest will be warmer so you can use a more neutralising colour if your lifting more around back.

Yes I have used it and it's great, love it. It really looks after the condition. I used platinum plus and smartbond on the scalp the other day and I think because it's so conditioning you have to leave it on longer to achieve the result you want especially if your wanting a platinum result...

I personally dont take majirel though to lengths and ends unless virgin head or really short hair that is cut regularly because of the ammonia. Dia light or richesse all the way for take though. I find if the hair stays healthier so does the colour :-)

Majirel is great to get a blend of grey on resistant hair, it's not the best for 100% coverage. I like it for that reason as can give a soft blend like a semi would. If you want 100% you need to use there base shades or mainly base to target shade. Inoa gives you better grey coverage. It's more...

In dia light 10.12 or 1/2 9.01 1/2 10.12. 9.11 is a strong tone and is more of a fashion silver.
