Mine was 6 days before I went to doctors as it was really thick and heavy ,.. to much info ... He put me on blood clotting tablets so stopped about 4 days after taking them ... I was going through pads every hour and had clots Google told me the worse about infections Or Bits Of placenta Left...

An update we moved in the new house Friday an he waited till Saturday morning to make an appearance contractions started Friday night about 10pm being 10 mins apart, waters went at 5am got to hospital for 6am and he arrived Saturday at 11.56am :) little man weighing 7lbs 15.5oz xx

I'm more excited then nervous but I'm so bored of the waiting game now lol yes give the birthing ball a try, I just purchased davinas gym ball from argos for £10 does the same and is a lot cheaper then a birthing ball .. If you get a gym ball make sure it's anti burst :) xx
