I’m having my first ever microneedling session on Saturday I was after some aftercare as in creams serums ? I know not to wear makeup for up to 5 days do not touch face for 24 hours but what are the best creams to use post microneedling ?

I never had to be hooked up to drip or anything but the after pains were as bad as labour pains but ibuprofen and paracetamol did help and they don't last forever X

I hated it on the ward after really conscious that everyone was asleep but Blake kept waking up and it was so loud [emoji33] I got to sleep that night around 4am plus I snore really bad and it was really hot I felt like a sweaty mess lol I hate the stage of pregnancy where it's impossible to...

Good at least it's nothing to worry about [emoji28] all I can say is it seems ages but it will fly by Blake is 2.5 weeks old and I miss sleeping all night even though he is pretty good [emoji5]️

Hopefully your sickness will pass and it probably won't help now but will be so worth it in the end [emoji4] we are fine baby is being nice to us at night and going 3.5 hrs then back to sleep [emoji120] and pretty good during the day so I feel quite lucky Xx

Oh my god !!! Had my son Saturday just gone and I know exactly how you feel , I ended up with pitting oedema and could only wear flip flops , my feet were massive as were the ankles they are still swollen but not as bad I agree with little rose try the support tights I'm going to get some...
