    Hair help!

Thanks for replying. I had quite a lot cut off in jan and have another appointment in April for a trim and some colour. I would like to get it in as good condition as possible before the colour is put on.

    Hair help!

Popped over from nails so please go easy with me! My hair is naturally dark brown but was bleached to a light blonde last summer. It was done over 3 visits a few weeks apart to help keep it in good condition. And it was in great condition until I went darker again last September. Now it looks...

I only ever have 3 perfumes Calvin Klein Eternity Calvin Klein Obsession Paul Smith Rose. The first 2 are my autumn/ winter smells and take me back to my student days and the other is my spring/ summer smell :D

    Cyberbully

Did anyone see it on channel 4 last night? I thought it was really thought provoking and a bit creepy. Really good. Infact good enough that my husband sat glued to to tv throughout the whole thing which he never does unless it a programme about Gundogs!

    Kos, Greece

I'm looking at booking a holiday to Lambi in Kos, Greece. Has anyone been there and if so, how 'party' is it. I don't mind a bit but not constant noise and foam parties!

    Fabric softener

I heard that you shouldn't use fabric conditioner on towels at it makes them less effective at drying. I think it must coat them with something and make them less absorbent. Apart from that I use it in every wash....I love the smell when it's drying and when it's fresh on. Can't beat it! :D

    If you had one wish

What would it be? Mine would be to end all suffering everywhere. I get really sad reading about children, old people, animals etc having to endure anything that hurts or makes them sad. In the past I would have wished for endless money....I must be growing up finally! :D

    Summer?

Noooooo! I love winter! Colder the better. My friend has just gone to Lanzarote for a week and I honestly can't think of anything worse! Don't get me wrong, I love summer, but only in the summer! Lol

    Nutribullet

I get mine from Tesco. In mine there is a really random hidden away area right at the back, in the corner, practically under the escalator, which has all the weird and wonderful superfood stuff. I think Holland and Barrett would do it as well but probably more expensive. They seem expensive to...

    Nutribullet

I wouldn't be without my nutribullet. I have a shake in the morning and that keeps me going until past lunchtime. The hype is that you get all the nutrition from whatever you put in your shake and can add super foods if you want. I add flax seeds, chia, goji berries etc. most of the goodness in...

The best thing ever to make soups in is a slow cooker! Shove the ingredients in with a bit of stock, cook on low for 6 hrs and whizz up. Taste amazing, healthy and it only costs 1p per hour to cook. Can't recommend it enough. I have lovely recipes for chicken soup, brocolli and Stilton and an...

    Detox teas-anybody tried them?

Hi, just thinking about trying a bit of a detox after indulging far, FAR too much for the last month and actually feeling a bit gross! Lol. Has anybody tried any of the herbal teas, detox teas, slimming teas and had any good results or just wasted their money? I need a bit of a boost and...

    Nutribullet

I make it fresh each time as it does tend to go a bit yucky. I use one banana, some spinach and a handful of everything else, then top with almond milk. You will get to know how much to put in by the consistency you prefer. I usually drink a large glass in the morning and that keeps me going for...

    Nutribullet

I found it was really a case of trying different things and seeing what you like. I loved anything with strawberries and raspberries in. Always use a base of banana as it makes it really creamy and always try to put some spinach or kale in to get full nutritional value. You don't taste it at...

    Puppy training, help!

Did you do anthing different to his food or introduce any new foods? Their stomachs are really delicate at this age and any sudden changes can make them ill. When we got our pup we gradually changed her food from what the breeder was feeding to what we wanted to feed her by mixing a little bit...

    Benefit fraud

It is someone who has given me and my husband nothing but trouble for a long time, who I have to deal with on a regular basis and someone I dislike more than words can say. I'm not 'worked up' about it, I just think it's unfair. I'm going to let it go and try and get on with my life, I just...
