I have a client who wants the rest of her hair to match the bottom which is about an ashy level 9..as you can see she has dark roots and highlights that are an inch grown out..should i bleach wash her to bring up the dark? So basically all her ends are light..she has highlights throughout w/her...

Also, forgot to mention, they tend to matt towards the top near the clips

I have clip in extensions and I keep them clean and conditioned and whenever i put them in they end up getting matted and knotted up :irked: Is there any treatment i can put on them?? I just want them to stop matting up so i can wear them :Scared:

Thank you! About how long would that take you? My boss has made comments about how long it takes! I'm the only manicurist there and he's just a stylist and doesn't know anything about nails, so i find it unfair for him to think that >:/
