I have a client who wants the rest of her hair to match the bottom which is about an ashy level 9..as you can see she has dark roots and highlights that are an inch grown out..should i bleach wash her to bring up the dark? So basically all her ends are light..she has highlights throughout w/her...

I have clip in extensions and I keep them clean and conditioned and whenever i put them in they end up getting matted and knotted up :irked: Is there any treatment i can put on them?? I just want them to stop matting up so i can wear them :Scared:

Before I apply the Gelish polish I shape the nails, then apply cuticle remover and soak them, push back the cuticles and remove them, gently buff the nail to roughen the surface, cleanse, then use the ph bond (which dehydrates).. I read somewhere that you should only dry prep with Gelish...

What does it mean when Gelish appears cracked on the nail? I had a client who came in 3 weeks after her last gel application, who had some of her gelish peeled off (was honest and told me she did it).. but she told me on one of the nails it had appeared like the Gelish was cracked...:irked:
