When they've healed they are generally lighter at the bulb. An experienced technician will not overwork the shading between hair strokes in this area...
If she isn't used to them being flexible then it would be reasonable to suggest she has mistaken flexible for weaker. The only way to tell is to see them xx
Perhaps, with the use of shellac and solar oil they ARE bendy. They are rehydrated...more flexible. So where previously they may have been dehydrated with no 'give', instead of breaking they're bending....just a thought xx

I don't know about others but I take longer over my base coat than the colour coat. Making damn sure no base coat touches the side walls or cuticle (preventing service breakdown). I then find my first colour coat follows this 'template' and then second colour coat is really fast.

I think it was before curing the second layer - the cool blue acts as a barrier between the gel on the form and the gel on the brush so it doesn't move the gel already applied, just helps to smooth and shape. HTHs xx
