Hello everyone
I am a self employed beauty therapist. I have been in the business for just over 8 years and have built up a large, loyal client base in the premises I rent. My partner and I are discussing starting a family in the near future, so I'm starting to think about what I am going to do...
I had a new client come in with gel on that changes colour with your temperature. She wasn't sure of the make. Does anyone here offer this product? Or can someone recommend a brand that offers it? I used O.P.I Gel Color.
Thanks :)
Hi all,
When I did my spray tan course they said you should patch test before tanning. Do you all patch test? I have been, but I don't know of anyone else locally who does?
I keep mine separate with a business and personal account. It's soo much easier when it comes to doing your tax return. Most banks offer business accounts which have no charges for the first year or two. I have mine with natwest and it's free for the first 2 years. I will probs just change banks...
I have a client who is a Paralympic swimmer so she swims twice a day every day and gets on fine. She always says how impressed she is with how long they last. I use Lash Perfect products x
I know it's so odd as it does not itch or irritate her it just looks sore and irritated. Of it was the pads you would have thought it would be both eyes. X
A client of mind has been having semi permanent lashes for around 8 months with no problems but after the last 2 infills she has come up with a red patch on the lower lid of one eye. She said it is not sore and is not irritating her, just red. I would have thought if it is a reaction it would be...
A lady booked in for treatments with me and during that time tried to get me to sell the products which I wasn't interested in as I'm happy with the range I use and also as previously stated anyone can sell it.
I personally wouldn't do this as I prefer people who book up in advance rather than on the day. It also encourages people to leave it last minute to book in and would be unfair on your organised clients. Just my thoughts :) x
I've just had a look at this glue on their website and it says it's good for temporary applications lasting between 7-9 days? Do you find your clients have to come in sooner than a normal 2week infill with this glue? X
I'm soo much busier than I thought I'd be this time of year, I really thought I'd have more of a lull in Jan but it's great to be busy :) maybe Feb will be quieter than Jan, who knows! X
