First off all, when bringing in their own extensions get the to sign a waiver. Extensions are already chemically treated. So I recommend not colouring them.
Matting can also be a sign of non remy hair. So I would look at where she got them. For all you know it's combings.
Hey guys. I did a scalp bleach yesterday. The roots went light then the ends because of the natural hair. Because they were whiter they seem to show a pinkish tone. But I am not sure why. It's very subtle.
Roots were 3gr 9/0 1 pt 9/16 2pt 10/73 (on clean hair)
The roots were on for 3 mins...
I would explain the management that you can take the time to clean and that will mean you will have less time for clients. If you have less time for clients then that is a money loss for the business. Compare the wage to an apprentice and your loss income for the salon. Also explain you can...

2. As there is orange your...
Even though there is a developer I feel like shinefinity. I can't remember the percentage but the developer for shinefinity both is lowered then 1.9% and doesn't really shift the hairs ph level. It's supposed to only really allow a cuticle stain. But it's pigment is strong. It's not really good...
I was thinking 2pt 5/71+ 1pt 7/73 as the brown will be in there however the /1 and /3 could handle the copper. It sounds more like she wants a neutral rather then a warm colour and it will fade warmer more then likely.
Is it possible you're toning the beliage too light?Or you might not be lifting enough. You might need to deepen the level so it lasts better. What were you using?
Hey guys. So at academy we get models and they are usually quite interesting. My client came in with green ends. She had blond foils. So the situation is that her hair ends went green after travelling tro bali. She suspected it was the pool. So when she came back to Australia a salon colour...
