I would only remove for free if I had seen them and her scalp did look sore and they were tight. If she's removed them against advice and by a non qualified person I don't think she has a leg to stand on. You had a right to rectify any problems which she didn't take you up on.

The 1g double drawn is the flat tip. If you go on the facebook page you can see more examples and order via messenger. The standard 0.8g isn't double drawn but comes in longer to give you room to trim the wispy bits. This is 160 strands of the regular 18"

Don't do it for free! Explain that she could seriously damage her hair by getting an untrained friend to do it. I don't know your policy but I won't fit hair that I haven't provided. I won't have people walking round with rubbish hair saying its my work x
