No I don't buff it since the nail enhancements I use are fiberglass. I leave the last layer not shinny and it has always worked great with opi and ibd gel polishes.

I don't use a basecoat on any of my other lines, is gelish different?

I am not using the basecoat because I am putting it over artificial nails.

This is happening immediately after painting them before I even cure them.

I agree,I would not pursue it as you are not 100% sure. Chalk it up as you said as a learning experience and it will definitely be a reminder not to make that mistake again. We have all been there.....[emoji4]

Just wondering if anyone uses nail wraps and put's gel polish over them? Also do you buff out the nails to a smooth finish before applying gel polish and do you use a basecoat? Thanks in advance [emoji140]
