none lol. if the base is darker than a 7 i wouldn't entertain it x (my opinion may not be the same as other colourists however - take it with a pinch)

Most of my salon friends are having the same problem. It makes us look so unprofessional and then I’m losing £££ by either toning the extensions or recolouring all their own out of my own pocket

that's if they even accept your return had so many problems with wrong colours recently and none are resolved

technique wise, I've seen that photo on insta using the air touch balayage technique. look it up on youtube, its quite effective x sorry no help with what to use, too late to think numbers right now ha x

Sorry only now replying, have had clients have theirs rebonded and refitted every 3-4 months and have had them last 1 year easily with correct aftercare. They do go shorter a touch every time they are refitted but my clients always enjoy the process of having changes xx
