I also have a client that is 100% white I use Kp on roots and every now and again we do highlights bleach and 3% and some lowlight to break up looks beautiful I don't even tone the highlights after x

Think wella said its around 2.9% it's pastel so hasn't got % but they said about 2.9% anyways

If the client is like a base 5-6 and I am using a 8 for lowlights I will use a permanent on the roots and a demi color touch on the ends. But if client is like w 7-8 and I'm using a 7-8 for lowlights then I just use the same demi for roots and ends
