I might be wrong as I can't remember the name of the shade but from what it looks like the shimmer has to be added to clear or coloured acrylic for it to be used that's what I do with the 1 I have from nsi anyway x

I use Nsi glaze and go over acrylics it's great , as far as I know it can't be put over nail polish tho I've done it once and it's cracked after a while x

I got neon pigments from a seller on eBay a few weeks ago that can be used over white shellac I've only tried it on a colour pop but they were lovely :) so bright x

No they don't require any blending they are called pro inpressions advanced natural tips I think that's the name of them :) x
