    How would I get a clients hair from dark brown to a light purple, what would be the best method and what products would you suggest

    Blonde didn't lift using 12%

    Help, I've coloured a friends hair, natural hair colour has ginger tones, I used 12% with the lightest blonde but still didn't lift much, I'm thinking a bleach bath tomorrow and then applying a toner to calm the warm tones, is this right or any other ideas how to achieve the ombre effect?.
