Help I always have this problem when lifting my clients hair... I know it can be done as I see other hair dressers achieve this.. Typical example way last night. Previous balayage client has had toner and tints of 5/73 on roots 7/1 on minds and 8/1 on ends... So I was thinking yeah I can lift...

All went well I used a 9.8 with 20 volume. It still is a tiny bit warm but I guess that happened with lifting with tint right?? But it blended lovely with the rest and I also toned with a semi 9.16 colour touch and 1.9 %... Thanks for your help in getting there....

Oh really now you can tell I've not been around for a few months But seriously thank you kindly for helping me. It's so hard not working in a salon to get the help from fellow hairdressers.

No olaplex in the UK I'm afraid...

She basically just wants a blonde tint for now. No bleach as it's was over processed and she is unhappy with the dryness. She said long as it's not to yellow she doesn't mind for now but she does like brighter blondes over all. Hope this helps.

/8 or /9 tone in wella then ?? And if I'm honest I was going to water the mixture down and apply for the last 10 mins.... Or do I use a new formula for toning the ends. She looks like a level 8 on the ends. And also definitely needs the warmth toning. So also is the /1 green blue in wella...

Not use a 3 gold... I need a blue ash to stop the warmth from lifting and I'm not sure if I need any violet for yellow under a 9 base ?? 9.1 with 20vol ??
