I've trained in both and Lvl is much better - training and results.

If you heat the mitts up then switch them off before putting the hands in, surely they are safe and they stay hot for a while. This is what I do, works a treat.

I studied here in 2013 and it was the best course I've ever done.

Does everyone use a similar colour to the glitter as a foundation after the base coat? Or a pale pink/cream colour? Ive been using similar colour to glitter but have some new glitters that I dont have a colour to go under neath. Would it look patchy without a similar colour underneath? X
