We print our own (DL size). On the reverse we have a couple of bits of information we fill in by hand (voucher number, expiry date. We put them in a nice pearly silver envelope (Ebay).

Hi Do you have a stand up bed as well? We tell our customers to use the stand up every 3 or 4 visits to help with prevent white patches. If not, get them to lay on their tummy occasionally :-) I don't know the answer to the 'best'. Guess it can be a lot to do with ensuring the tubes are...

Hi I'm not sure if 1 sunbed would be worthwhile. If you promote it well and it gets busy customers might not come back if they have to wait too long for the one bed. Personally I'd say it's all or nothing (2+ beds), but I don't have experience of having just one bed so some else may be able...

We do at the moment. We charge 25% or £25 max, whichever works out best for the beautician. We thought it would help us build the new business - and it has as the beauticians seem happy to come in even if they've only got 3 or 4 customers. It's something we'll look at again in the future but...
