    Tonsillitis, GP won't help me?

I was told by my GP (when my then 17yr old son was really suffering) that you had to have it diagnosed 3 times within 12 months to get them removed! He finally had the op and hasn't had a sick day since - he's now 21! It's disgusting, he nearly lost his job because of it, not to mention the...

Is it possible to teach and run a business?

When I had my (very small) shop I ran it as both a working salon and a private college at the same time. It's all about time management and taking the effort to build a great support team. I was a therapist, teacher, principal and NVQ assessor all at once - busy but very rewarding. Good luck x

    Cat and moving house, help!

Don't stress, it's the cat's first night in the house too! From my limited experience with cats, they are far cleaner than dogs, so I would suggest moving the litter tray as far away from the feeding bowl as possible. Keep him indoors for a week or so, then let him out gradually until he...

    Client conversations

When you get conversational ideas after the client has left, why not make a note of them, and add them to their records in some way. When they next come in, you will have a reminder of these subjects and you can use it as a prompt x

    Disappointed with my waxing!

You've had probably the best hot wax training you will ever get with Kim! Just breath, remember what she taught you, go thro each stage a step at a time, and dont try and rush or take short cuts! I've been waxing for years too, and a lot of my clients actually prefer strip to hot wax -...
