5/75 colortouch

I was wondering if someone could help me please? So i had bleached hair under this but I put on 6/75 +6/0 =parts 1.9% colour touch But it faded up alot so next time I used 5/75 + 5/0 equal parts colour touch. And I feel like each time my roots are showing lighter and the ends have grabbed more...
