I am thinking of renting a large 5 bedroom house, I am only intrestead in waxing so I am hoping to let some of the other rooms out.
Maybe to a Beauty Therapist, Nail Technician, Alternative Therapies etc.
How do you decided the price to charge for each room and what determines the price.
Would you Let the room empty or would you provide the furniture and equipment. They will be self employed and I would like to give people an opportunity.
I built my business from scratch and although it has been a struggle I enjoy my job. The area doesnt have much on offer for given young talented people opportunities. I would like to be able to do this.
To be honest my only concern is to be able to pay the bills for the business. For the Therapists to have a good income and for our the business to be one of the best.
