Any feedback would be great guys.

You know how you can't see the mistakes when you check it yourself!

Advert in local press tomorrow night, needs to be right!

thanks

Excellent Well done

one comment Lisa,
where you say hand and feet specialist, it would read better as hand and foot specialist.

Ok here goes. The web site is fine just needs a bit of fine tuning.

On your home page it shows your opening day as 'Open day Saturday 17th Novem'. either shorten saturday to Sat or November to Nov, iyswim.

Think you need to make 'Polished Nail Boutique' larger. Also might be an idea to make the title a different colour as it blends into the background too much. I've also found when building a web site, stick to two main colours, you can use others but make sure they are variants of the oringal two.

On your enhancements page, the pictures you have loaded would look better if they were centralised and all the same size. They look like they have been thrown in to one side.

On the threading page see if you can find a better picture as the one there looks like it has been blown up too big.

Hope you don't mind me saying all this, you have done a fab job and I can imagine a lot of hours have gone into this. Keep up the good work.

"Whatever your requirements, whether it be for a that very special occasion"

Needs editing to "for a" instead of "for a that" :)

A few suggestions:

I agree with Tamla's comments. Esp. about the title - Q looks like an A because of the colour.

I also find the neon/white mix of lettering a little hard on the eyes. To me, it's either too bold, too big or too much contrast???

Also, in your descriptions (ex. SpaRitual section ) it's easier to read (and more likely to be read) if it's spaced out a bit rather than one long paragraph.

Overall, I think the font and colouring could be a little more subtle therefore promoting more of a relaxed feel.

Love your name and the pink background design - maybe let that stand out and go a little more subtle, less-contrasty with the text.

These are just some ideas. I think you have a great site. Good luck!

I struggled to find the navigation buttons. I went up and down the page twice before spotting them right at the top.

very well done and good luck on your open day xx

I've only had a quick look .... and a quick suggestion.
On the "enhancement" page you use the word "that'll", IMO, it sounds tacky, why not just say "that will" ?

Thanks guys, for all your comments.

Have changed all the typing errors, oops!

I used those colours because those are the colours of the salon. I was trying to keep it young and funky??

Also the images are centred when i look at it? Took me ages aswell!!

Will look again, still got a few hours:eek::cry:

Hi dear, I've just had a quick look. One comment, the link at the top of the page that I assume is "Reflexology" is spelt "Relexology" without the f!!

Otherwise I like your site, its better than mine!!!!

Well thats it! I have had enough.

Went into site to change it as per suggestions and deleted entire enhancements page. It took me 4 days to do that and i have got about four hours before local paper gets to shops!

Does anyone please know how to retrieve deleted infomration from the site?

I had this problem with my web page, everything looked fine when i opened it with IE7 but when my hubby opened it in Firefox it was all over place. You need to get a look at it on someone elses computer if you can. Really sorry but can't remeber how we fixed it to display correctly on everyones computer.
I will go have a look on a thread i started about mine on another forum.

Think i am going to have to do it again. I am literally in tears, I can not believe this is happeneing. What a nightmare. I am going to look a right numpty if i do not get it finished in time.

Thanks anyway Tamla

Buying a domain name, buliding a web site help please - visordown

This is a thread i started on another web site about my web page. It might help, there are a lot of comp tech heads on this site, it might help you to sort out and understand what is happening to your web site.

Don't worry abour the newspapers going to press, I'm a lorry driver and used to deliver papers all the time, those papers won't start to get delivered til tommorrow at the earliest.
