Is anyone else doing this challenge? Basically you take pictures of the things that make you happy each day and upload them into your favourite social media platform.
It's not a competition, it doesn't need to be something expensive, it's just to get you to look for the nice things in your days - whether it's a day out, a paddle in the sea, your favourite meal, fresh line-dried sheets for the bed... anything at all.
