Hello! Just wondering if anyone would like to share their ideas for offers to be done in Jan/Feb when it's the quieter months (beauty). Or what you have found has worked well in the past? Or any fresh ideas for improving your business/services to make you ahead of the rest? I'm thinking of introducing an online booking system, nail art training etc.. any other ideas welcome!
