Has anyone done the 30 day squat challenge? A friend introduced me to it on Saturday, and I am going to take up the challenge for a pert bottom ;)

The squats- as if you are going to the sitting position, starting it with 60 for day 1, up it 5 squats for day 2, and again for day 3 (75) day 4 is rest day and repeat until day 30.

Xx oh also...

If you search youtube there is a video where at the end of a bout 4 mins of talking she shows you the correct squat position.
 
My knees actually quivered when I found out about this!
 
One of my friends has tried it, and says she finds it much easier to do 10 squats here and there rather than do them all in one go. I'm thinking of starting it on 1 may and seeing if I notice a difference! X
 
Yes id split them up if it got too much, my friend is doing them to the floor for maximum effect- id collapse! I can feel the burn after 60 an hour later... :) xx
 
On day 5 do you start at 60 again? I wanna do this x
 
I think its add 5 on each time ... Eeekkk! Xx

That is pointless. She might as well do one a day ;)
 
I'm on day 7 of this at the moment, and I'm doing it alongside the ab challenge... It's killing me already! x
