91 year old facial lady concerned lines around her mouth

Hi all. I've a very lovely 91 year old lady who has been coming to me every week for about eight weeks for regular facials. She is very concerned about the lines around her mouth. They are very deep. She does not wear dentures, these can have an impact on worsening the lines.
She has had some very nice HA facials & q10 and Collogen. I do heavily moisturise amd detailed massage at every visit. I've advised her to moisturise morning and evening.
My question is, is there an over the counter product that she can buy, any recommendations. ? Thanks
