Hi all from doing a quick google, it seems that acetone doesn’t go bad for years. My removals are taking me ages for some reason and I thought it might be my acetone. Anyone else ever experienced acetone problems?

Highly unlikely, its more likely to evaporate before it goes off. More likely its been diluted with something.

Thank you. Thought I’d just double check with other nailies before reading up on the net.

It could also depend on if the acetone is non professional because non pro seems to be weaker than pro.

It could also be due to removal technique ie not filing it down enough, leaving too thick of a gel layer. Some gels may be harder to remove than others.

What product are you removing?
