Acrylic breaking at tips

Hello I’m a up and coming nail tech and I keep running into a problem with my clients sets breaking at the tip. I’m using primer and I’m pretty sure my acrylic is thick. One thing these sets have in common is the polish (DND) acting up under the UV light.

Breaking at the tip is a stress area and apex issue. You need to ensure the structure is built in correctly.
