Acrylic over MINX

I minxed my tips this morning and applied acrylic over the top to make it more permanent. Wasnt sure it would adhere to the minx, but so far so good. I have used the black and white strip design to match my toes and am really hoping it lasts as it looks FABULOUS, i am a very happy nail tech :green:. Has anyone done this and did it last without lifting? Be really interested to hear.

Hi Lisa,

I have used acrylic over minx with good results. Have not had any lifting on the tips.

Works awesome with L&P but not so with gel. However if you cut little bits up and add them in to your nails as a multi -media nail art, looks great and works ok with gel. (works similar to mylar)It's a great way to use up your extra minx.
