Advertising Lancashire

Hi, does anyone know the best magazines for advertising in Lancashire? Do you use local ad mags? Are they worth it as they only seem to cover a couple of postcodes? I've looked at ones that cover whole of Lancs but it's approx £800 for one month. I'm new and trying to get my name out there.
I'm using fb and have generated interest that way but not enough.

I used Local List for my gym (I'm in Lytham) and I didn't get a single response. I have however had HD brows & lashes done by a girl I found in there. I think 800 is very steep, think I paid 45 quid & it wasn't even worth that. Whereabouts re you, as I will put your leaflets in my gym if you're near x
