Advice for a complete novice

I am living in a remote hamlet in France but still want nice nails. Have purchase Brisa UV Gel products and already have a uv lamp. I am looking for instructions on DVD/CD (we don't have a video player) can anyone tell mewhere I can get one?

How much training have you done so far?
