Hi,

Just about to start up my mobile beauty business which i'm very excited about but was wondering whether you mobile beauty therapists have registered a name through companies house so it's ltd or have just registered with HMRC? I'm slightly confused to know what to do for the best as far as i don't want to call my business something then get in trouble because it's the name of a ltd business ( i know you can check on companies house for this but i mean if for instance a salon opened after i had decided on my name and had all my leaflets done etc) What do you guys think i should do?! Sorry for another essay! Hope i have amde sense!! X

these exact questions I need answering myself.... maybe post this in the buiness geek section as you may get more response hun x

don't be a ltd company cost to much money . Be a sole trader as it's your business . What's a good ideal is to go on a training for work (TFW) through your job centre and local college and it gives all the info you need.

Thanks for the advice guys :) x
