Hi I dont know if anyone can help, one of my clients has acrylic nail extensions, however under the acrylic nail her natural nail as split and she wants to take the extension off but I was just wondering if there was a specific way of doing this without causing too much pain? As in the acetone will sting too much etc so if there an alternative?

Thanks x

is the acrylic nail cracked and broken?
is the natural nail cracked/split right through ie was there any bleeding?

Acrylic nail is slightly split across but hairline crack but from what I can see under the nail on the natural nail its split right across with no bleeding.

ok, i would hold open the nail slightly by pressing down on the tip end, this opens the crack slightly and then i would drop some scrubfresh in there!!
then after it has dried i would put a drop of nail adhesive in there and then push the tip end up to seal the nail together hold until set, this should give immediate relief, then i would lighly buff over and apply a bit more product and then this will allow the nail to grow out with no problems

is the crack definately through to the natural nail? does the natural nail look and feel painful?

Thank you all xxxx
