Ive just discovered this site and its a good job the kids are off school because I dont feel like Ive left it for the last two days! Brilliant information on here!

I would like some advice on courses, Ive been toying with Essential Nails but obviously after looking on here I'm now swaying towards saving more money and going with CND.

Ive been doing my own nails for quite some time after loads of research and info from the internet, and in my opinion I do them well, following the correct hygiene, prep and application.

I've been asked by many people if I'd do theirs but obviously I'm aware of the fact that I've never been trained and do not have the necessary knowledge, qualifications or insurance.

From what I have read, the EN course will probably not teach me alot as I'm confident in applying L&P already, therefore have looked at CND.

They have a foundation course.

Many thanks for anybodys help!

Why don't you contact Sweet Squared, the UK home of CND for the correct information 08452106060 ... there are 6 full time education sales (lovely girls) to answer all your queries and to help. They will also send out information for you.

CND is indeed the best way to go. You would have to do a Foundation Course and it is 5 days. Of course CND will take one all the way to Master level over time.

If you want to be well grounded (as you rightly understand there is allot more to the nail business than just the mechanical application of them) you have made the intelligent choice. Good Luck and enjoy it.

Thanks very much for your help
