Advice on opening a spa/salon

i have a healthcare background. but i now am looking to open my own Spa and salon.
Im interested in providing some therapies that involve the use of oxygen.

Id really appreciate some advice on how i can find out what license etc i would need to open such a business

would i need to register with the care quality commision?
is there any other regulatory body of license body i need to register with
